Deep Roots' Board of Directors, Committee Chairs, and other Deep Roots Agents who have access to confidential information regarding our patrons, donors, mailing and distribution lists, agree to be bound by our privacy policies.

In conducting the affairs of Deep Roots, the Board of Directors, Committee Chairs, and other Deep Roots Agents may make use of the donor information and distribution lists. Use of our distribution lists shall be only with the specific prior approval of at least one Deep Roots board member.

We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes or sell your information. If you end your relationship with us, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in this notice. We do not expect to receive requests from outside parties for use of our patron database and mailing list. Our firm policy is that we do not make this information available to or accessible to any individual or corporation that is not a member of Deep Roots' Board Member or Agent.

Confidential financial information including donor bank account and credit card information is only accessible by members of the Finance Committee of the Deep Roots Board of Directors. Deep Roots makes reasonable efforts to keep this information secure and confidential.
